Clone Page

There will likely be times where you’d like to duplicate a page/dashboard setup that you have built and don’t want to go through the trouble of manually doing this. There is a UI Action that comes out-of-the-box with the Service Portal to allow you to clone a given page. Below are the steps to do this.

Navigate to Service Portal > Pages in the left-hand navigator and find the page that you’d like to clone. Once you’ve opened up the page record that you’d like to clone, click the Clone Page UI action. This will make a copy of the page and all you have to do from there is give it the desired name and id as well as any widget/layout changes you’d like.
